Faucet Water
Problem?
Tap water contains minerals and chemicals which strip the skin of its natural oil. Some minerals even leave an invisible residue behind. When this happens, the pH of the skin on your face and body changes for the worst.

Cause?
This is often the root cause of breakouts on the body such as "bacne" and it's due to clogged pores.
Fix it!
One simple and easy remedy is putting filters on your bathroom sinks and showers. Filters, catch minerals and debris from flowing and getting on your skin! You'll want to change them regularly as instructed, depending on which filter you buy. Be extremely cautious of purchasing the correct filter that is suitable for your unique faucet.

Towels, Wash Cloths & Luffas
Problem?
Most towels, washcloths and luffas are fabricated with materials that are unsuitable for skin. These re-usable items, trap and carry bacteria before, during and after a wash. Especially if left to hang-dry in the shower.

Cause?
Unsuitable materials contain fibers that irritate delicate skin. Other properties such as dyes in towels, increase the potential for it becoming a skin irritant.

Fix it!
Leaving re-usable face towels to dry in the sun, after each wash is the most effective way to keep them sanitized (if you must use them). However, for the skin, bamboo towels and a natural loofah are ideal. Using bamboo material, whether re-usable or disposable, is ideal for facial skin care. Otherwise, using a natural loofa which comes from the Luffa aegyptiaca plant, is ideal for exfoliaxtion.
